The brief includes demolishing an old ground floor dilapidated building and making a G+3 residential apartment in Behala. The project is done on a 3 katha North facing site.

 

The design steps the building mass back in every floor creating open to sky terraces for each flat. The residents will thus enjoy a bungalow terrace like experience in the dense fabric of the city.

 

This minimizes the imposing visual impact of the building and opens up the views for the pedestrian.
