The brief was to renovate an existing unused basement to be used as a conference space to generate revenue.

The challenges included limitation of space & budget.

The proposal included provision of 2 modular conference spaces. One of the conference spaces can be enlarged according to need. A landscaped exterior for recreation was also proposed.
